Balls.

  • 200 gr. euro cream
  • 200 gr. wafers with hazelnut flavor
  • 100 gr. chocolates
  • 150 gr. raw hazelnuts
  • 150 g of dark chocolate for cooking
  • 50 gr. white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  1. Grind wafers like biscuits. Roast the hazelnuts in the oven for a while, then grind them coarsely. In a suitable bowl, mix Eurocream, ground wafers, ground hazelnuts, melted chocolate and mix everything well. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator to rest for about 20 minutes. Form balls and leave them in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes. During this time, prepare the dressing. Melt the chocolate in steam with a little oil. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on baking paper. When the chocolate glaze hardens, melt the white chocolate and decorate the balls with it.
