Cheese balls with ajvar - unusual cheese and ajvar balls are an excellent addition to any appetizer.
- 500 g of small cheese
- 2 spoons of ajvar
- 1 bag of chips (smaller)
- Chop the chips well.
In my case, I did it by using a meat mallet and hitting a bag of chips. First, pierce the bag a little to let the air out.
Transfer the chips to a bowl. - Add ajvar to the cheese and mix.
- Scoop out the mixture with a spoon and make a ball in the palm of your hand.
Roll each ball in chopped chips. - Place the balls on the tray.
Put them in the fridge to cool.
The cheese should be small and dry in order to make nice balls. If the cheese is not dry, add some chopped chips to the mixture. Instead of chips, regular or integral cornflakes can be used.
