Balls with spinach.
Spinach balls, ingredients:
- 200 g of small cheese,
- 500 g of boiled potatoes,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 200 g of spinach,
- spoon of sour cream and
- salt, pepper.
Balls with spinach, preparation:
- Blanch the spinach briefly in boiling water, then drain it well.
- Mix spinach with cottage cheese. Add finely chopped garlic, sour cream, potatoes and spices. Combine everything well.
- Leave in the fridge for at least half an hour.
- Make balls out of the mixture with wet hands.
