Balls with cherry - Ljiljana Stanković
Cherry balls - quick and easy to make, even faster to eat.
- 250 gr. margarine
- 200 gr. powdered sugar
- 300 gr. cooking chocolates
- 200 gr. cherries
- 48 pieces of minions (paper baskets)
- 3-4 spoons of honey
- a little rum and decorative sweet crumbs for sprinkling
- Melt margarine over low heat, add powdered sugar and chocolate.
- Stir with a whisk until everything is well dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add 4 tablespoons of honey and a little rum.
- Mix everything well and pour the hot mixture into minions and make balls. Add 1-2 cherries to each ball.
- Decorate with crumbs on top.
- Leave the finished balls in the cold to harden.
