Kuglof with apricots.
Kuglof with apricots, ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 250 g of sugar,
- 1 vanilla sugar,
- 300 g of flour,
- 1 baking powder,
- 100 ml of oil,
- 250 ml of yogurt,
- 2 spoons of cocoa powder,
- apricots if necessary (about 6 pieces)
Kugloff with apricots, preparation:
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff, add the egg yolks and continue mixing with the mixer.
- Then pour in the oil, stirring the yogurt continuously with a mixer.
- Separately combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder and gradually add it all to the beaten egg mixture while gently beating with a mixer (at the lowest speed).
- Coat the mold for kuglof with oil and sprinkle with flour.
- Divide the whipped mixture into two parts - add cocoa powder to one part and mix, and leave the other part as it is (yellow).
- Pour the yellow part into the prepared mold, spread the cleaned, washed and chopped apricots over it, and spread the cocoa powder mixture over them.
- Bake the kuglof in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Remove the finished kuglof from the oven, let it cool.
- Cut into pieces of the desired size, serve and serve
Tip: if you wish, you can sprinkle the cooled kuglof with powdered sugar.
