Kuglof with cherries, traditional recipe.
Kuglof with cherries, ingredients:
- 4 haha,
- 250 g of flour,
- 200 g of cherries,
- 100 ml of oil,
- 150 g of sugar,
- grated lemon peel,
- 1 vanilla sugar and
- half a baking powder.
Kugloff with cherries, preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar, add flour and baking powder, lemon zest, oil, vanillin sugar and mix everything well.
- Lubricate the mold for kugloff and sprinkle it with flour, if you don't have a silicone mold, scatter some cherries on the bottom, cover with a few spoonfuls of whipped dough, then cherries again, then the dough and so on until you use up all the material.
- Place cherries on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the baked kuglof from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate!
