In some regions it is called proja, in others it is called pogača. Corn cake - proja - the recipe is simple, tasty, easy to prepare and goes well with sauerkraut dishes.

I often prepare it in my kitchen and make sure that this recipe is not forgotten.

Corn cake - proja, ingredients:

  • 500 g of corn flour
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 50 ml of oil

Corn cake - proja, preparation:

  • Pour the flour into a large bowl.
  • Add baking powder, salt and oil and mix with water.
  • Place the scone on baking paper, shape it, and cut into cubes with the blunt side of a knife.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • Pleasant!
