Corn muffins - crunchy and fine, ideal for breakfast.
Corn muffins - Suzana Mitić
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 9 spoons of cornmeal
- 9 spoons of wheat flour
- 1 glass of yogurt
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 50 g of salami with vegetables
- 1 pickle
- a little sesame
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff, then add the egg yolks. Add salt, yogurt, cornmeal and flour. Mix with a spoon and make a smooth mass. Add oil, baking powder, chopped salami and cucumber.
- Fill the muffins with the mixture.
- Sprinkle each muffin with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
- It is crunchy and has an unusual taste.
- Serve as desired.
