Corn muffins - crunchy and fine, ideal for breakfast.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 9 spoons of cornmeal
  • 9 spoons of wheat flour
  • 1 glass of yogurt
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 50 g of salami with vegetables
  • 1 pickle
  • a little sesame
  1. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff, then add the egg yolks. Add salt, yogurt, cornmeal and flour. Mix with a spoon and make a smooth mass. Add oil, baking powder, chopped salami and cucumber.
  2. Fill the muffins with the mixture.
  3. Sprinkle each muffin with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
  5. It is crunchy and has an unusual taste.
  6. Serve as desired.
