Cornmeal cooked in compote water - when you prepare compote for the baby's dinner, you will have a lot of liquid in which it was cooked, which you can use in various ways, one is to give it as juice, and the other is to, say, cook breakfast in that water. Here's how.

  • 150 ml of compote water
  • 3 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 20 ml of warm boiled water
  • cinnamon
  1. When you cook compote from any fruit for your baby, always save the water you used to cook it in because you can use it for various things. Recipes for compote can also be found in the "menu for babies" section.
  2. Put the compote water on the stove to heat.
  3. During this time, stir the corn flour in 20 ml of warm boiled water to obtain a flour-milk mixture.
  4. When the compote water boils, add the flour and mix and cook for about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, pour into a bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon, stir and let cool. Check the temperature before serving to your baby.
