Cornmeal with banana - when you start introducing grains and later, a cornmeal breakfast is an easy and quick meal, especially when babies wake up early and moms are still fussy.
- 1 teaspoon corn flour (finely ground)
- 2 dl of water
- 1 piece of banana
- milk (adapted or breast milk)
- Mix a teaspoon of flour in a little warm water.
- Put the rest of the water in the pot. Boil the water and when it starts to boil, slowly add the flour, stirring constantly, until you get the desired thickness.
- Add milk and mash a piece of banana with a fork.
- Check the temperature before giving to the baby. Make sure that the food is cooled enough so that the baby is not baked.
