Cornmeal with fruit - an ideal breakfast to start the stomach.

  • 2 apple slices (finely grated)
  • 2 pear slices (finely grated)
  • 0,25 piece of banana (smashed)
  • 20 g of corn flour
  1. Put 150ml of water to boil. During this time, mix 50-2 tablespoons of corn flour in a separate bowl with 3 ml of water so that you get flour-milk.
  2. When the water boils, pour in the sifted flour and cook for about 5-10 minutes while stirring.
  3. Peel the fruit and grate the pear and apple into the smallest pieces and mash the banana.
  4. When the cornmeal is ready, mix it with the fruit.
  5. Cool, check the temperature before giving to the baby.
