Cornmeal with fruit - an ideal breakfast to start the stomach.
- 2 apple slices (finely grated)
- 2 pear slices (finely grated)
- 0,25 piece of banana (smashed)
- 20 g of corn flour
- Put 150ml of water to boil. During this time, mix 50-2 tablespoons of corn flour in a separate bowl with 3 ml of water so that you get flour-milk.
- When the water boils, pour in the sifted flour and cook for about 5-10 minutes while stirring.
- Peel the fruit and grate the pear and apple into the smallest pieces and mash the banana.
- When the cornmeal is ready, mix it with the fruit.
- Cool, check the temperature before giving to the baby.
