  • warm milk for pouring
  • crystal sugar to taste

Bowl with milk, preparation:

  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • When it boils, pour the oil, a little salt between your fingers, the polenta and cook for a few minutes, stirring all the time, until the polenta thickens.
  • You can wait for the kačamak to cool down and serve it cold with warm milk or you can serve it directly from the stove, it's up to you.
  • Pour polenta into plates, sprinkle with a little sugar and pour warm milk over it.
  • Those who like can eat it with cheese, sour cream...
