Boiled proja – while I was preparing Princess donuts, I came up with the idea of making something salty. That's how this proja was created - a little different from the classic one. Prepared in this way, proja stays fresh longer. I like it cold. But who loves.

I advise you not to bake it in a smaller pan. The secret of its success is that it should be thin (when poured into the pan). You can bake it for a few minutes longer without fearing that it will burn. It will be crispier.

Boiled proja, ingredients:

  • 1 dl oil
  • 2,5 dl of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 100 g of corn flour
  • 50 g of plain flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of hard cheese
