Cooking in the age of corona: how to use what you have in the fridge and prepare simple dishes in the age of isolation?

We have prepared for you one of Jamie Oliver's simple recipes, an omelette in the French style.

The French-style omelette recipe is very simple:

Heat the pan on medium temperature and pour a little oil. Sauté two handfuls of chopped mushrooms with one clove of finely chopped garlic. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and some oregano. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add a small cube of butter. Add one teaspoon of lemon juice. Pour the stewed mushrooms into a plate and set aside. Wipe the pan with a paper towel. In a mixing bowl, beat three eggs and add a pinch of salt. Heat the pan on medium temperature and add a little oil. Pour in the beaten eggs. Stew and gently mix the eggs with a spoon. When the eggs are half-boiled, grate quality cheese to taste. Add a pinch of pepper. Add the stewed mushrooms, only on one half of the stewed eggs. Remove from the heat and transfer the poached eggs to a plate, so that the omelet is folded over the poached mushrooms.
