  • Bark:
  • 500 g of ready-made thin crusts
  • File:
  • 6 dl sweet sour cream
  • 2 dl yogurt
  • 8 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 25 g of gelatin
  • 1/2 kg of black grapes
  1. Cut 12 circles of 25 cm diameter from the bark. Take three circles and coat each with a little oil, place them one on top of the other in an oiled baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for about five minutes. Do the same with the remaining circles (four crusts should be obtained).
  2. Beat the sweet cream in a large bowl, and pour 2 dl over the gelatin. water.
  3. Mix the powdered sugar and then the melted gelatin into the yogurt, then add everything to the sweet cream and beat with a mixer until everything is well combined.
  4. Place the first crust on a serving tray and cover it with the filling. Wash the grapes, remove the seeds from the stalks, cut them in half and remove the seeds, then distribute them over the filling. Cover with another crust and layer until all the ingredients are used.
  5. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator to cool and harden. At the end, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar, or decorate as desired.
