Light summer tiramisu without eggs in the cream!
Summer tiramisu, ingredients (for mold 30 x 20 cm):
- 250 g - 300 g of sponge cake
- 0,5 l of sweet cream
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 5 spoons of powdered sugar
- 12 g of instant coffee
- 0,5 l of lukewarm water
- cocoa powder for dusting
Approximate preparation time 20 minutes.
Summer tiramisu, preparation:
- dissolve instant coffee in lukewarm water
- beat mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar
- with the gradual addition of sweet cream, continue whipping the cream
- coat the mold with a thin layer of cream
- Dip the cookies in coffee and arrange them evenly in the mold
- spread the biscuits in the mold with half of the remaining cream
- sprinkle with cocoa powder
- repeat the process with the sponges
- spread the remaining cream and decorate the cake
- at the end, sprinkle with cocoa powder and leave to cool well
