Lasagna with chicken and spinach - a little different, but still a super tasty variant of lasagna with spinach and chicken...

Lasagna with chicken and spinach, ingredients:

  • 1 package of lasagna pasta
  • 3 cups sour cream (20%)
  • 300 ml broth (chicken or vegetable, to taste)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 0,5 head of onion (larger head)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (diced)
  • 5 pieces of mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1 piece of chicken breast (diced)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (ground, to taste)
  • 4 cups white cheese (shredded)
  • 100 g of spinach

Lasagna with chicken and spinach, preparation:

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Cook the lasagna pasta according to the instructions on the package, so that they are al dente.
  2. Pour broth, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and butter into a heated pan. Cook on medium heat until it thickens into a uniform mass.
  3. Add olive oil and onion to the heated pan. Sauté the onion and add the garlic and chopped chicken breast. Simmer for a few minutes, then add the mushrooms. Simmer for a few more minutes, add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
  4. Lightly coat a refractory baking dish (approximately 22 x 33 cm) with olive oil. Arrange in the following order: pasta, small white cheese, pan mixture (chicken, mushrooms), pan mixture (sour cream, parmesan...), spinach. Arrange like this while you have the ingredients. At the end, sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour or until the surface is golden brown. Serve warm, and sprinkle parmesan or cheese on top if desired and to taste. Pleasant!
