Fake buckwheat pie with yogurt - Buckwheat is an extremely healthy grain and should be used more often in the diet. This pie is enriched with buckwheat and is made with regular pie crusts and yogurt.

Instead of yogurt, you can use kefir, sour milk or sour cream. It tastes great and those who love buckwheat will love this pie. Pie can be eaten when you are out of restriction.

Fake buckwheat pie with yogurt - buckwheat is an extremely healthy grain and should be used more often in the diet. This pie is enriched with buckwheat and is made with regular pie crusts and yogurt.

  • 1 pack of pie crust (12 sheets)
  • 3 pieces of duck eggs
  • 4 pieces of chicken eggs
  • 2 bunches scallions (scallions only)
  • 5 dl yogurt (can also be kefir)
  • 1 cup of whole buckwheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of fine sea salt
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
  1. Take a deep bowl and put chopped spring onions in it. Add eggs, oil and salt and whisk by hand. Add yogurt and mix again to combine everything. Mix buckwheat flour and baking soda.

  2. Take three crusts each and pour a quarter of the filling on the last crust and spread it all over the crust. Roll into a roll and place in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Do this three more times and place the crusts in the baking tray, continuing the crust on top of the crust. You will get 4 rolls. In my case, it was a rectangular tray, and you can use a round one or whatever you have, it's just preferable that it be smaller and deep enough. Separate 1 cup of the filling from the filling mass, but without the onion rings, as you will need it to pour over the finished rolls.

  3. Cover the rolls with the mass left over from filling the crust and sprinkle with flax. While making the pie, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the complex pie to bake until golden brown. Remove the tray from the oven, cover it and let it cool slightly.

  4. Take out the pie on a tray, cut into cubes and serve while still warm.
