What do you think, can you make pizza from pasta? Maybe these two foods don't go together in Italy, and I tried to experiment and I succeeded.

I put together the incompatible and decided to share it with you. I hope you will enjoy it as much or at least as much as we did when we ate it.

What do you think, can pasta be made into pizza? Maybe these two foods don't go together in Italy, and I tried to experiment and I succeeded.

Fake pasta pizza, ingredients:

  • 200 g of lace pasta
  • 300 g of homemade ketchup
  • 2 dl sour cream 20%
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 8 sheets of chicken ham (or as desired)
  • 150 g of cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of fine sea salt

Fake pasta pizza, preparation:

 

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the bag or the way you do it. Drain the cooked pasta and cover with half of the olive oil.
    Line a Teflon pizza pan with baking paper and spread the pasta.

  2. In a suitable container, mix most of the homemade ketchup, sour cream and eggs. Coat the pasta evenly with this mixture.
    Cut the leaves of chicken ham in half and roll up each half and place them in a circle over the filling and put a whole leaf of ham in the middle like a flower.

  3. Put the prepared fake pizza in an oven heated to 200C and bake until golden brown. Take the pizza out of the oven and sprinkle it with ketchup, the cheese that you chopped in a blender and oregano. Return to the oven for a short time to melt the cheese.

  4. Additionally, sprinkle the pizza with oregano and chopped parsley.
    Cut the pizza into 4 pieces and serve while still warm.
