Chickpeas or chickpeas can be an excellent dish that will make your menu diverse.

  • 300 g chickpeas
  • 2 pieces of potatoes
  • 2 pieces of carrot
  • 2 pieces of onion
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • pepper (a few grains)
  • salt (little)
  • herbal spice
  • olive oil (little)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  1. Soak chickpeas in cold water and leave overnight to soften and swell.
  2. The next day, strain it, add all the other ingredients (except salt and spices, leave that for the end), pour lukewarm water and simmer on low heat for about 90 minutes.
  3. When everything softens, add salt and spices, and sprinkle: heat the olive oil and remove from the heat, add finely chopped garlic and stir in the tomato puree.
  4. You can add a little more water to make the dish soupy. Leave everything to simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve the dish warm.
