Ice cubes.
Ice cubes, ingredients:
For the crust:
- 5 eggs
- 5 spoon of sugar
- 5 tablespoon flour
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- half a bag of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of oil
For syrup:
- 300 ml of water
- 120 g of sugar
For the filling:
- 700 ml of milk + (150 ml to mix the flour)
- 10 spoon of sugar
- 9 tablespoons of flour (or half flour - half thick)
- 200 g butter or margarine
For the frosting:
- 100 g of chocolate
- 100 ml of sweet cream
Ice cubes, preparation:
- Beat eggs and sugar until foamy. Gradually add sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa, mixing gently and finally add oil. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Cook the syrup on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- As soon as the crust is baked, pour hot syrup over it.
- Leave to cool while preparing the filling.
- Put milk to boil with sugar. Mix flour with 150 ml of milk and boil in boiling milk. Leave to cool.
- When the filling has cooled down, beat the softened butter or margarine in another bowl, then gradually add the filling one spoonful at a time and mix everything well and combine. Spread the filling over the cooled crust and flatten it nicely.
- For the glaze: heat the sweet cream and chocolate over low heat, mix well to combine, then pour over the cake.
- Let it cool down well and then put it in the fridge to stand for a few hours.
- Cut into cubes of desired size and serve.
