Iced fruit juices - Ana Vuletić
Iced fruit juices - instead of store-bought juices, here is an easy and perhaps the best solution to think ahead and always have a juice for your baby that you know exactly what it contains.
- 2 pieces of apples
- 2 pieces of peaches
- 2 pieces of carrot
- 2 pieces of plums
- 1 pack of ice packs
- Peel all the ingredients and grate on the smallest grater or blend in a blender. (If you have a juicer, it's even easier.)
- Let the grated fruit stand for a short time. Place in a tea strainer and strain by pressing lightly with a spoon.
- Add a little boiled cold water to the resulting juice.
- Pour into ice packs for the freezer.
- Do not dilute too much because you can always do it later.
- Every day you can take out one or two cubes and let it slowly thaw in the refrigerator and add a little boiled lukewarm water and give it to the baby to drink.
- This way you avoid making every day and throwing away excess fruit.
- This quantity will give you two 28-cube ice packs.
