You need:
- 400 g of garlic, clean the cloves and cut into quarters
- a piece of ginger
- 2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 400 g brown sugar
- 1 liters of water
Procedure:
- Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and heat. When it starts to boil, add grated ginger, garlic and turmeric and cook until the mixture boils, writes the family doctor.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Store the medicine in the refrigerator.
Take 2 tablespoons of this mixture every morning on an empty stomach and 2 more in the evening, after your last meal.
