I've been planning to make them for a long time, but never get around to it. Maybe someone made them in a similar way, but I haven't seen it... Ingredients for the dough:
500 g flour
250 g butter
150 g of sugar
2 eggs
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3-4 spoons of milk
Ingredients for the filling:
- 500 g of peeled apples
- 500 g of cleaned quinces
- 200 g of sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Lazy vanilla, preparation:
- For the dough, beat butter with sugar, add eggs, vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
- Add milk and flour, then knead the dough.
- Leave it to rest in the fridge (wrap it well beforehand) – (Or knead it as you normally do)
- Roll it out a few mm thick and cut the desired shapes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- For the filling, grate the fruit, add sugar and simmer until the fruit is soft.
- Add cinnamon and vanilla sugar to taste.
- If desired, you can chop the fruit with a stick mixer.
- Join two biscuits with the lukewarm filling.
- The next day, sprinkle with powdered sugar to which you have added cinnamon and vanilla.
