Lazy burek - crispy and nice, can be prepared with cheese, meat, spinach. Ideal for breakfast and dinner, it is quick to prepare.
- 250 ml of water
- 150 ml of oil
- 0,5 teaspoons of salt
- 200 g of hard cheese
- 500 g pie crust
- Bring water, oil and salt to a boil. Spread the crusts on the pan, but so that each end of the crust sticks out of the pan, as in the picture.
- Put the boiled liquid on the crusts, 2 tablespoons at a time - along the edges of the crust.
- When all the skins are used up, put the cheese filling, crumble it.
- Now return each part of the crust to the pan and cover with hot liquid, 2 spoons each.
- Repeat the process until all the skins are returned to the pan.
- Bake at 200 C until it catches a nice, yellow crust. Towards the end of baking, turn the burek over and let it cook a little longer.
