Potato fan.
Fan potato, ingredients:
- 600 g of potatoes,
- salt, pepper, dry herb seasoning,
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds,
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds,
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 dl of olive oil, if you don't have it, you can also use sunflower oil
- 100 g of butter.
Fan potato, preparation:
- Peel the potatoes, cut each potato into thin slices almost to the end, so that the potato remains in one piece like a fan.
- Put the prepared potatoes in a pan and season them with salt, pepper and vegetables. (season it in between and in the middle)
- Put the olive oil in a cup, then add the garlic and mix well. Then, generously pour this mixture over each potato.
- Put a piece of butter on each seasoned potato and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chia seeds, put the potatoes in the oven heated to 220 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley leaves.
