Bun.

Bun, dough ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour,
  • 1 bag of dry yeast,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 dl cold water,
  • salt to taste and
  • 125 g of melted margarine.

Bun, filling ingredients:

  • 200 g of dried meat products to taste,
  • 100 g of cheese,
  • 3 eggs,
  • salt, pepper, sesame and
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin.

Bun, preparation:

  • Knead the dough from flour, eggs, salt, dry yeast, margarine in pieces and water. Let the dough rest for a while.
  • Divide the dough into two parts. I made two buns.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the round metal pan and cover it with the melted dough, so that the dough goes over the edges of the pan.
  • Beat the eggs, season with salt, pepper, sesame and cumin, mix with the cheese, then spread over the center of the dough. Return the dough that has gone over the edges of the pan and make a little grid. Arrange the dried meat products in the middle of the bun. Bake the bun for about fifteen minutes, or until it is baked.
  • Do the same with the other part of the dough, the bun is delicious both hot and cold.
