Burger buns.
Burger buns, ingredients:
For the dough:
- 360 g flour T-400,
- 250 ml water,
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar,
- 1/2 teaspoon salt,
- 16 g of fresh yeast,
- 1 tablespoon of oil.
Buns for burgers, dough preparation:
- Pour lukewarm water into the bowl, add crushed yeast and sugar. Mix and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Then, add half of the flour and mix with a mixer (dough attachment).
- Mix in the rest of the flour, salt and beat well with a mixer (also beat with a dough attachment). Add oil and knead the dough by hand. Cover with transparent cling film and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide the resulting dough into 4 parts and knead each part on a floured work surface, forming noodles (balls).
- Cover the tray with parchment paper and arrange the dough balls, sprinkle them with flour, cover with transparent cling film and let them rest for 15 minutes.
- Use your fingers to separate balls (noodles) from the dough, sprinkle them with flour, cover with transparent, clinging foil and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- Bake in a well-heated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove the finished buns from the oven, cover them with a clean kitchen towel and leave them to cool.
They are soft, tasty - and, as the name of the recipe says - ideal for burgers. Pleasant!
