Horseshoe Hazelnut - very tasty cookies.
- 100 g hazelnuts (ground)
- 150 g of flour
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 100 ml chocolate (melted)
- 1 piece of yolk
- 125 g of butter
dressing
- 50 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 50 g of white chocolate (melted)
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Knead the dough. The dough should be soft but not sticky to the hands. Put the dough in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. After that, take a little dough with your fingers and shape horseshoes with your palms.
- Arrange in a pan. Place in a heated oven at 150 degrees to bake for about 15 minutes. When the horseshoes have cooled, dip the ends in dark and white chocolate.
