Hazelnut bars.
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 ml of water
- 100 g of powdered milk
- 100 g hazelnuts (ground)
- 200 g of plasma biscuits (ground)
- 125 g butter (or margarine)
and more:
- 50 g of chocolate
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 tablespoons of oil
- 50 g of white chocolate
- Put sugar and water in a saucepan and heat. When it boils, reduce the temperature and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the butter and stir until it melts. Mix powdered milk, ground plasma and ground hazelnuts, then pour into a jar. Stir.
- Pour into a tray (30×15 cm). You can grease the baking sheet with oil. Cool down.
- Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of milk and 1 tablespoon of oil and pour over the cake. Melt the white chocolate with a cup of milk and sprinkle the chocolate glaze (with a rolling pin).
- Leave to cool and harden, then cut the bars. Enjoy the taste!
