Hazelnut bars.

  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 g of powdered milk
  • 100 g hazelnuts (ground)
  • 200 g of plasma biscuits (ground)
  • 125 g butter (or margarine)

and more:

  • 50 g of chocolate
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 50 g of white chocolate
  1. Put sugar and water in a saucepan and heat. When it boils, reduce the temperature and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the butter and stir until it melts. Mix powdered milk, ground plasma and ground hazelnuts, then pour into a jar. Stir.

  2. Pour into a tray (30×15 cm). You can grease the baking sheet with oil. Cool down.

  3. Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of milk and 1 tablespoon of oil and pour over the cake. Melt the white chocolate with a cup of milk and sprinkle the chocolate glaze (with a rolling pin).

  4. Leave to cool and harden, then cut the bars. Enjoy the taste!
