A summer fruit treat.
Summer fruit treat, ingredients:
- 1 kg of fruit as desired, mixed or individually (I used apples and apricots),
- 1 l of water,
- 10 spoons of sugar,
- 14 spoons of semolina.
II file:
- 1 l of water,
- 3 vanilla puddings,
- 10 spoons of sugar.
Other:
- 250 g of golden baking biscuits,
- 150 g of whipped cream,
- 2 dl of sour water.
Summer fruit dessert, preparation:
- Place the biscuits on a 23/36 cm baking sheet.
- Pour water, sugar and chopped fruit into a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes from boiling, gradually add semolina and cook until it thickens and pour it hot over the biscuits.
- Align and arrange the row of biscuits.
- Pour water into a pan, leave 2 dl to stir the pudding, add sugar and when it boils, pour the pudding and boil and pour it hot over the biscuits, flatten and leave to cool.
- Whip the whipped cream with sour water and spread over the cooled cake.
- Cool and serve.
It's so refreshing, just like summer.
