Summer pies - this decorative and tasty appetizer will certainly enrich your table both for festive occasions and everyday...

  • 200 g of white chicken meat
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • 50 g peas (frozen)
  • 50 g sweet corn (frozen)
  • 50 g of carrots (frozen)
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • salt (to taste)
  • dry spices (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • green peas (to taste)
  • celery leaf (to taste)
  • 3 dl chicken soup (2-3 dl)
  • 1 bag of gelatin
  1. Cook chicken meat with 1 carrot, add salt, dry spices, pepper and towards the end of cooking a leaf of parsley and celery. Tear or chop the cooked meat into small pieces. Dissolve the gelatin with 5 tablespoons of cold water and let it swell. Strain the soup and add the gelatin while it is warm.
    Cook the vegetable mixture separately, add salt and strain. Boil the eggs and cut them into rings.

  2. Arrange half of the egg rings in an oval dish, arrange the carrot rings and parsley and celery leaves on the sides, put the vegetables and chopped meat on top, arrange the rest of the egg rings on top.

  3. Pour the soup over everything, just enough to cover the figs. Let it stand for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator to gel, turn the pihtjes onto a round plate and serve.
