If these days you have switched to the "summer diet", which means that you consume more fruits, vegetables and liquids, and less sweets and carbohydrates, then you should also introduce a lemon drink, thanks to which you will feel fresh, and the kilograms will disappear faster .
"Summer drinks" are very popular because you can consume them in unlimited quantities, and they have a very pleasant taste.
If you are in the process of losing weight, we suggest this simple drink.
Lemonade recipe:
Lemonade, ingredients:
- 5 pieces of medium lemons
- 2 liters of water
- 3-4 sprigs of fresh mint
- a little ginger (optional)
for sweetening
- honey, to taste (don't overdo it)

- lemon cut into slices or rings
- fresh mint leaves
Lemonade, preparation
- Wash the lemon peel well. Squeeze the lemon and put it in a 2 l container.
- Wash the mint leaves well. Add chopped sprigs of mint to the lemon juice. Wait 10-15 minutes for the mint to release its aroma.
- Add water up to the top of the container and a quantity of ice to make the drink cold and refreshing.
- Sweeten with honey, to taste.
Note: if you don't have fresh mint for this summer drink, use chilled mint tea.
