  • 250 g of flour
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 spoons of warm water
  • 1/2 cube of fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 yolk
  • Sesame
  • g for coating: 80 margarine
  • g filling: 150 grated salami
  • 150 g of grated cheese
  1. Mix yeast in warm milk, add sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour. Leave it on. Pour flour, water, salt and yeast into the mixing bowl. Knead the dough and let it rise.
  2. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll out one part, coat it with melted margarine and sprinkle with salami and cheese. Roll out the second part, put it over the first crust and spread it with melted margarine and sprinkle with salami and cheese. Put the unrolled third part over the first two crusts and just coat it with margarine. Transfer 1/3 of the dough (for the wider sides) to half, then transfer the other third. On the other side, transfer 1/3 of the dough and transfer the other third. Then roll out the dough 20x20 cm.
