Kale with meat.
- 10 pieces of kale (leafy, leaves)
- 600 g of meat (cut into larger cubes)
- 1 piece of paprika
- 2 pieces of kohlrabi
- green (chopped leaves)
- onion
- garlic
- so
- beaver
- spices
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- oil (a little)
- Tear the kale leaves from the roots and chop them into smaller pieces. cut the onion and garlic into smaller pieces. Clean the kohlrabi and cut it into small cubes. Cut the pepper in half and remove the pips and seeds.
- Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil and add all the other ingredients, pour water and when it boils, reduce the temperature to low, cover and let it cook until the meat is cooked. At the end, add a teaspoon of allspice, stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
I know for sure that there is kale in Serbia, and they call it "Leafy Kale"
