Kale in broth - for several people.

  • 10 leaves of leafy kale
  • a piece of tender meat into larger cubes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • salt (pepper and spices)
  • Parsley leaves (chopped)
  • black and garlic
  • a teaspoon of ground spicy red pepper
  • a little oil
  1. Tear off the leaves of leafy kale from the roots and chop into smaller pieces. Cut the onion and garlic into smaller pieces. Clean the kohlrabi and cut it into small cubes. Cut the pepper in half and remove the pips and seeds.

Cooking preparation

  1. Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil and add all the other ingredients, pour as much water as you want to get the thickness of the corba. When it boils, reduce to a low temperature, cover and let it cook until the meat is cooked. At the end, add a teaspoon of allspice, stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
