- 250 g of puff pastry
- 12 tablespoons of honey
- 3 bags of vanilla sugar
- 3 apples

Leaflets with apples, preparation:
- Roll out the puff pastry half a cm thick and cut into cubes.
- Place the baking paper in the pan.
- Mix honey with vanilla sugar.
- Spread the mixture of vanilla sugar and honey on the paper to the length of your little finger, arrange one to two apples cut into slices and cover with the dough.
- And so on until everything is used up.
- Bake the dough in a preheated oven until golden brown.
- Take out the dough one by one, it will stick to the paper a little because of the honey and vanilla sugar and turn it upside down.
- Sprinkle the roast with powdered sugar.
