Hot sauce - ideal for various appetizers. Spicy pleasure prepared at home.
- 2 red bell peppers (fresh or frozen)
- 50 ml of water
- 1 piece of hot pepper
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 pepper (a pinch, two)
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- Chop the peppers and garlic, add all the other ingredients except the vinegar.
- Cook for about five minutes.
- Blend the mixture and add the vinegar.
- Store the hot sauce prepared in this way in the refrigerator in a closed jar.
From this quantity you will get about 200 ml of sauce.
Adjust the spices to taste.
The same applies to the degree of spiciness.
