Salmon and blueberries - a healthy lunch for little ones

  • 1 tablespoon of beans
  • 1 pieces of potato
  • 2 pieces of Gouda cheese (thin)
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • coconut oil
  1. Fry the salmon on a little coconut oil until golden brown on both sides. Be sure to clean it from the bones and check if there are any by chopping it up even when it says on the package that it is boneless.

  2. Peel, dice and boil one potato.

  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

  4. Boil the beans depending on the type of beans or pour a pot of canned beans. I had it left over from yesterday's lunch, so I added it to this meal.

  5. With all that, add the blueberry sauce. Serve the child.
