  • 100 g of salmon fillet
  • 2 pieces of champignons
  • 1 piece of white potato
  • 1 piece of tomato
  1. Add half a tablespoon of coconut oil to the pan (it is as thick as fat).
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes that your child can put in his mouth as a snack.
  3. Wash the mushrooms, peel them and cut them lengthwise into strips.
  4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  5. Heat the oil on a medium temperature and add the salmon fillet and potatoes and mushrooms.
  6. Salmon needs to be baked for about 2 minutes on both sides until it acquires color. take it out and put it on a plate next to the tomatoes.
