  • 1 zucchini (chopped)
  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • 10 peas
  • 0,5 pc red potato (cut into cubes)
  • 50 g of salmon (fillet)
  1. Cut all the vegetables into pieces and put them to cook.
  2. Place the salmon, wrapped in aluminum foil, over the pot and steam for about 10 minutes, as long as it takes for the vegetables to be done.

  3. Before mixing the salmon with the vegetables, cut it into pieces and check that there are no bones, even if it says on the package that there are no bones.
  4. Strain the vegetables and mix with the salmon.
  5. Put in a blender and mix until you get the desired consistency of the porridge.

  6. Wait for it to cool down and give it to the baby.
You can prepare hake and other boneless white fish in the same way.
