Salmon with vegetables - among the first fish, pediatricians advise introducing salmon, hake and other white fish that do not have too many bones. I started the introduction with salmon.
- 1 zucchini (chopped)
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 10 peas
- 0,5 pc red potato (cut into cubes)
- 50 g of salmon (fillet)
- Cut all the vegetables into pieces and put them to cook.
- Place the salmon, wrapped in aluminum foil, over the pot and steam for about 10 minutes, as long as it takes for the vegetables to be done.
- Before mixing the salmon with the vegetables, cut it into pieces and check that there are no bones, even if it says on the package that there are no bones.
- Strain the vegetables and mix with the salmon.
- Put in a blender and mix until you get the desired consistency of the porridge.
- Wait for it to cool down and give it to the baby.
