Hunting salad.
Hunting salad, ingredients:
- 6 kg of red bell pepper or babura,
- 6 kg of tomatoes,
- 1 head of garlic,
- 2 dl of sunflower oil,
- 2 dl vinegar,
- 3 tablespoons of salt,
- 4 tablespoons of sugar,
- a combination of parsley leaves and celery leaves,
- 1 head of garlic,
- 1 sachet of preservative (5 g)
Hunting salad, preparation:
- Blanch the tomatoes in hot water and peel them, cut them into pieces and put them in a pot to cook for about half an hour, i.e. to become a broth.
- Wash the peppers and cut them into noodles and put them in the tomatoes to cook.
- Cook until it thickens, then add: oil, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and celery leaves, salt, sugar, vinegar and preservative. Cook for another 10 minutes, then pour into jars.
- Crowd the closed jars like tomatoes.
- This salad can be used with baking, as a spread on bread, instead of ketchup on pizza, as a topping over spaghetti.
