Muffin pie – Slađana Šćekić
- 500 g pie crust
- 250 ml milk
- 100 ml of oil
- ½ pastry
- 500 g of cheese
- 2 spoons of cream
- 2 eggs
- Combine milk, oil and pastry, (for pouring the crust)
- mix 500 g of cheese and 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of sour cream in one bowl.
- And in another bowl, mix 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of sour cream (to coat the top of the pie)
- Spread the crust and sprinkle it with milk, oil and pastry dressing, then put a spoonful of filling on the edge of the crust, roll it first into a roll and then into a bun and place it in a greased muffin tin.
- Do this until the skins are worn out. If there is a little topping, make more.
- Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
