Muffins - Dijana Ademović
- 4 eggs
- 2 salt (from 2,5 dl, sugar)
- 1 salt of oil
- 1 salt of milk
- 2 salt flour
- 1,5 salt of chopped walnuts
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 100 g of milk chocolate with hazelnuts
- In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients, except walnuts and chocolate, and the wet ingredients in another.
- With a mixer, add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, smooth it with a wire, and then add the walnuts, then gently mix once more.
- Put paper baskets in the muffin tin and fill them up to 2/3.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and put a few in each.
- Bake the muffins at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes.
