Muffins with blueberries and white chocolate - Snežana Kitanović
I love blueberries and anything with this lovely fruit….
- 150 gr. flour
- 50 gr. powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 50 gr. of butter
- 100 ml. milk
- 75 gr. blueberry
- 75 g of white chocolate
- First combine all the dry ingredients.
- Then add milk, melted butter and one egg and mix everything well.
- *It is not necessary to use a mixer, I mixed everything by hand.
- Then, with a knife, add the chopped white chocolate, mix, and then add the blueberries and mix gently so that they don't get crushed, but remain whole.
- Heat the oven to 180C.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust them with powdered sugar.
*It is not necessary to use a mixer, I mixed everything by hand.
