Muffins with chocolate - Verica Poznanović
- 200 g of cooking chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 250 g margarine
- 160 g of sugar
- 160 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Melt margarine with chocolate over low heat. Beat eggs with sugar, add flour and baking powder. Mix everything well and add melted margarine with chocolate. Uniform the mixture and pour it into the muffin tins half full. Heat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes. Garnish to taste.
