Muffins with beets.
- 1,75 cups of flour (a cup is 2 dl)
- 1,5 cups of sugar
- 0,75 cups of cocoa
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 0,25 teaspoons of salt
- 1 cups of yogurt
- 0,5 cups of oil
- 2 pieces of egg
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup of beetroot puree
- Put the eggs, oil, yogurt, sugar and vanilla in a suitable container and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes at the highest speed. Separately mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking soda and salt and add to the previous mixture.
- At the end, add the beets, mix everything with a mixer, at the lowest speed, and when the mass becomes compact, pour it into muffin molds, previously greased with oil and sprinkled with flour.
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 190-200 degrees. Cool the baked muffins briefly, then remove them from the mold. PLEASANT!
