Eggless Apple Muffins - a quick recipe when you want to make something with fruit that your kids will love.
- 225 g of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 0,5 teaspoons of salt
- 225 ml milk
- 30 g of margarine (for cookies)
- 30 g of coconut oil
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 2 pieces of apple
- 4 pieces of dates
- cinnamon

Beat coconut oil, margarine and sugar until foamy with a little cinnamon. Then add the rest of the ingredients except the fruit and beat until you get an even mixture.

Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Cut the dates into small cubes.

Place the fruit in the mixture. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray if not silicone molds and pour the mixture. 12 pieces.

Bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees until they get a golden brown color or check by sticking a toothpick in the middle so that it is clean when you take it out. Then it's over.
Remark: You can also use raisins, peaches, chocolate chips, honey or any combination you have available.
