Muffins with coconut milk - muffins with a very rich taste.

  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 250 g of flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 100 g of chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 100 ml of coconut milk

  • 300 ml of sweet cream
  • 100 ml of coconut milk
  1. Beat the eggs.
    Add sugar, and when it turns white, add the other ingredients: flour, oil, milk, baking powder and coconut milk.
    At the end, mix in the chopped chocolate with a spoon.
  2. Fill muffin tins.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
    Remove the baked muffins from the mold.
    Mix sweet cream and goat's milk and leave in the refrigerator while the muffins cool.
    when the muffins have cooled a little, level the top surface with a sharp knife.
    Whip the sweet cream together with the coconut milk, pour into a cake syringe and fill the muffins.
