Baked pumpkin muffins - Jelena Nikolić
- 1 egg
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml of yogurt
- 40 ml of oil
- 70 g of wheat flour
- 60 g of spelled flour
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of roasted pumpkin
- powdered sugar
- Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar, add yogurt and oil, then wheat and spelled flour and baking powder and finally the roasted pumpkin. Mix.
- Pour into muffin molds (12 pieces).
- Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C.
- When cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar. Enjoy the taste.
